Self Image: A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words
/selfimage”>
How Do You See Yourself?
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and yet picturing your dreams alone doesn’t bring them to you. I know, we have all tried to visualize and imagine ourselves with our dream. Visualization is becoming old school– but only because it is an incomplete picture.
There is more to attracting what you desire for yourself in your life- there is your vibration, your energy, your attitude, thoughts, feelings… ok, this could be a long list. Let’s shorten it and simplify by bringing it all down to your self-image.
Your self-image is all about how you see and perceive yourself. As if you were looking through a magnifying glass, your self-image is all about what you see through that glass, which may be magnified, skewed or distorted somehow. Ideally, of course, that image is clear and shows signs of a wonderful, up-coming future.
A clear image of yourself is one in which you see your authentic self. You see your strengths, your abilities and your gifts. Because you’ll see yourself in balance you also see your weaknesses or faults, and they are just that. Simply an area you improve within yourself. You see yourself clearly and, therefore, as being capable of love, health and wealth. You see yourself as deserving and being on the way to your dreams.
Seeing yourself with such clarity changes everything. It allows you to be connected with higher vibrating energies within yourself, to be more open to your thoughts, feelings and actions; and most importantly
it removes blocks from your own path because you don’t perpetuate stories within yourself of your own limitations, but rather focus on allowing your own expansion.
How you choose to see yourself and what you experience creates energy that you activate in your life. This energy encompasses many of the energies which then set out to attract or manifest what you experience in life.
If you are going to visualize, focus on yourself and how you envision you. Always make sure that you are visualizing an authentic you, for this is the you of your dreams.

It’s enlightening. Great.
I started my journey like this and just took care that absolutely positivity guided my dreams ! I landed in palaces ,doing a great job which supports people and help them to physically fit and became rich and happy
This is a great way to look at it. Becoming aware of when we think negatively about ourselves gives us the power and chance to change it!
I love this Kayln, you absolutely hit the target dead center! All the visualization in the world will not produce the desired results until we believe in ourselves. Self-improvement and our internal belief structure are the foundation which creative visualization and physical manifestation are built upon. There are no shortcuts.
I’m 46 and I’m constantly living this way in my head AND heart now. It feels good being able to stand back and look at both the positive and negative (?) qualities within both subjectively and objectively, that you manifest in physicality. Then, accepting it as the whole that you are and being ok with it all. Knowing that all experiences, reactions and feelings are bringing us closer to balance; closer to center.
All the comments are great.
