Karma is the sum total effect of all our actions through countless previous lifetimes – as well as this one! In itself the process of karma is neither good nor bad, but simply cause and effect. It is our perception and response, emotional and psychological, which determine if an event will be experienced as good, bad or neutral. These responses are conditioned by our previous actions and experiences (karma!).

I was never sure if we get this life karma from things we have done in it or if it comes from past lives we have lived, or if it comes from our ancestors
